there is the possibility that the oil got into the radiator when the engine was overhauled.someone may have used an oil can to fill the radiator. has it been using oil.if not then it is likely not to be leaking,however i would retorque the head bolts.a little oil will or can look like alot,since it will stay at the top of the water.
