Find out when the valves were last adjusted. Also when was injection timing last checked and set. Move the fuel plate up about 3/32 of an inch. Then install a pyrometer. ou will just about double your torque with this one simple adjustment. If you have 8 way power driver's seat oil the rails. Remove rear outside bezel over latch and lube that. Lube latch pins and keepers. When was the fuel filter changed? Check the position of the check valve on the air box. Check play in front end upper and lower ball joints. These are common areas of maintenance. The 12 valve CDT's are the best Dodge ever installed. Quit installing them Dec 98.
