Like CC says here. Sometimes it is more productive to not talk. But you have to be friendly about it. Good negotiating takes skills developed over time. I'm working on it. That reminds me, I've got an AC to go look at. Also, don't start batting numbers around until you've decided you'll buy it (for the right price) and have hundred dollar bills to back up that mouth.
