If it's the same,there's a needle valve in the top of the pump behind the left radiator screen. It's pretty good sized,has a roll pin for the t-handle. Turn that in. It will make contact with a spring loaded valve. Keep turning until it bottoms out. Then start the tractor and open the valve back up with it running. See if you hear the hydraulics start to work. If there's something in there,running it with it open will flush the crap out of it.
It does have a front pump. It did not have a wire connection on it when it went to the pump shop but when he got it back there is a wire on a sylinoide.
