If no hyd. or it don't move then there are several things that could be wrong. First would be the clutch i have seen the splines worn out or the splines on the trans. input shaft are gone. If you have hyd. but won't move then check trans pres. should be around 150 psi high idle, no pres. check the pin in the shaft that connect to the reverser valve it is under the bell housing it is a shaft that that goes from the clutch pedal to the reverser valve 3/16 in pin.
