The Oliver Super series of tractors debuted in 1954 with green wheels. The green wheels remained in production through 1955 and 1956. Then, on Jan. 1, 1957, all Super series tractors sported red rims, just like the earlier Fleetline series. And most important, no Super series tractor ever had white rimes and wheels; that didn't appear until the 3-digit series 770s/880s, etc. Personally I prefer the green anyway. Regarding the lights under the dash, I am baffled. The only field lights should be mounted on the fenders. Under the dash you may find electrical terminals for Oliver's Hydra-Lectric system. Otherwise, no lights that I know of should be placed there.
