There are laws pertaining to all these and more because that other person has a right to NOT DIE because you don't believe in the written laws because you don't agree with them and they infringe on YOUR rights! What you do or don't do in your own home is your own bussiness but what you do or don't do in public is not. Smokers in Michigan will learn that in MAY 2010. You can't come into my bussiness drinking a bottle of beer , why should you be able to come in and stink it up with your cigarettes and then throw your butts on the sidewalk outside? You , GREG , wear your seatbelt and helmet because you are SMART!! Others NEED a law , if not to protect them then at least to protect the innocent.
