Cannonball - I wasn't trying to be smarta** or be offensive. I am just passing along info from my neighbors who are older than I and been doing this a whole longer than I. B4 I bought my rig one of the first things they all told me was to never substitute toplink with anything less than rigid, i.e. chain. I took that to heart and been chuggin' along since. If your ideas reduces wear & tear on my bushhog I'm all for that. Should also reduce wear on my tractor. Just working at being safe and trying to do my part to make sure others are too. Shep
