Just had a thought as I was reading down throug hthe posts, A versitile 150 Bidirectional tractor would be a great forest tractor. Have a look into those tractors, parts would be easier to get, and in winter you would have an awsome snow plowing tractor. Ive have personaly bethinking of a Ford 9030 bidirect tractor for forestry work, When these big logging out fits have logged there last log and the environmentalist say no more. Its going to be one man enviro friendly operations in the bush, horse logging, small tractor an forwarder, My are is full of large logging co, using big equipment. Very fews guys are going the enviro route, just not sutstainable yet, but in few years it will. I will be ready Look into the older versatile bidirect tractors.
