Did a bit of looking around on a search engine last night, Level tried to become a member of the Illinois propane association, and got turned down cause of their poor safety procedures. They also have their own web site. Interesting, they want to hire a bunch of "educated" people. Seems like it's a one man ownership deal that grew so big nobody knows what they're doing. It's definitely going to get interesting, might just wind up getting myself a free propane tank that's only 5 years old.
