It all depends,(sorry, but you always have to leave away out, in case someone who actually knows what they are talking were to answer) on what the tractor was used for, I've been told that 5000 hours was rebuild time. But it would be hard to believe, to me, that a tractor that was hooked to a bottom plow its whole life, would have the same life as a tractor that mowed grass. Bonehead
