::: Your just the man to answer this question, a friend gave me a 2500 lb. Clark propane forklift with 8000 hrs. (said Clark wouldn't give him any thing on a trade in, I mean zero!) The problem was it wouldn't shift forward or reverse, well that turned out to be a simple fix. The engine runs perfectly, no smoke and the oil is very clean. Is it possible for the hour meter to run without the engine running? Is a propane easier on an engine than gasoline, (I assume most of its life is spent idling)? Bonehead
