I didn't spend much time examining that site, but the first page shows what look like normal steel bar joists. Available from any steel company, made to your needs. The bar joist chart shows how to satisfy your load requirements.
By far my preferred roof structure, for substantial spans much cheaper than wood. I can get 40' delivered on a straight truck, longer requires tractor/trailer.
Here, all steel companies buy from the same fabricator, who won't sell to me. I get bids from at least 3 steel companies and go from there. Strong, inexpensive, and easy to work with. The ones over my head are supporting 240 tons of roof. The ones in that picture are far smaller. You order whatever you need.
