What has happened to CT Farm Country?

My local store (Frederick MD) hardly has any hardware and almost no tractor parts at all. And now they will only order parts on Mondays. The place looks like a K-mart, all clothing and toys. Is the whole chain changing? (This area is very heavily suburbanized and the beautiful farmland is rapidly being replaced with townhouses, fast food restaurants, 7-11's and traffic jams. Such is "progress").
