"Rich" being defined as someone making over 250,000 a year. This seems to be a gross figure quoted- the small business hiring 5 employees needs to make at least this much to pay minimum wages and break even- figuring salaries being 1/3 of busines expense. A fair size farm - say a 100/200 head dairy operation plus some extra bean sales on crop rotation and calf sales might gross this. Then have to pay for drug addicted minority citizens while not being able to get work papers for a couple good working Mex farm workers- may as well go Amish. RN
