Yeah, I was pretty steamed. But I'm doing MUCH better now, to quote "Uncle Buddy" from Night Court. Because of similar problems in the past, I've come to expect a hassle every time I try to exercise my Second Amendment rights, and so far the local police haven't failed to live up to [down to--??] my low expectations of them. And it's not like dealing with any other business, because you can't take your business to a competitor...and they darn well know it, and therefore have no incentive to better serve the taxpayers who pay their salaries.
Facial recognition software doesn't bother me anymore. False accusations and phony evidence worry me more...and while there are some honorable men left in law enforcement, their numbers are dwindling daily. That's why I'm so concerned with compliance with the laws concerning permits for concealed carry; I want the truth to be on my side, no matter what their evidence says, should it ever come down to that.
