I don't know about other names, but it is put in by the same folks that sell tractor tires here in town. Polyfill is what they call it. My first exposure to it was by accident. Wife delivered two front tires to be replaced and they asked if she wanted them filled. Of course, she says. I noticed when I picked them up that the bill was twice what I thought it should be, and started asking questions. Price, if I remember right, was about $50/tire, about the same as the tire itself. But it replaces front weights and lasts forever. When the next tractor needed fronts, I had them filled too.
