No, I believe it's more along the line that the oil companies are not going to make the investment in drilling here, in this country. When at anytime, the Government can pull the rug out from under them. As in making the ground or off shore sites untouchable on a whim. Like they just did a couple of months ago on those federal lands that Bush made available. Fact is, We have plenty of oil and nat. gas of our own. But we are NOT going to be able to tap and use it. He!!, the way things are going the government will probably find some way to bust the American oil COs and nationalize (Socialize) them. They are already doing a bang up job with the car COs and Banking system, and soon they'll be taking over our healthcare system. What a GIANT mess. Jack
