Here is a photo that illustrates the problem. The blue dots are the bolt holders on the Dual rim and the red are the eye bolts on the Tractor rim. The eye bolts on the tractor are 90 degrees apart and the bolt holders on the dual rim are 60 degrees apart so I can have two bolts attached right now at 0 and 180 degrees.
