One other time when I was a GM salesman, we had a customer who was very nonchalant about personal hygiene. He'd bring his car in to have it serviced and wait in the showroom till it was done. After he left, the office gals would empty a whole spray can of Lysol deoderant in the showroom to get rid of the smell.
Yup. The guy insisted on trading cars with us. Believe me, human body odor is far worse than tobacco smoke. The car simply stunk to high heaven. We ran an ozone machine in the car for several days and thought we had it whipped. We sold the car a day or two later and a week later it came back. We ozoned it again, and a week later it was back again. We finally bought the car back and took it to the dealer's auction.
