Park your tractor with the valve stem at 12 o'clock. Remove valve stem core and attach a piece of tygon tubing, with a hose clamp if necessary,then place other end in a bucket.Move tractor so that the valve stem is at the 6 0'clock position and the fluid will drain into the bucket. Most of it anyway. To get it all out you may have to have the Tire shop pump it out with thier machine - costly.
