Black smoke is to much fuel,blue smoke would be burning oil,and in a gas engine white smoke would be burning antifreeze.you say the plugs foul out.with what? is it oil or gasoline soaked.is the choke stuck closed,or the air intake plugged.since you have a mag,do you also have copper core plug wires,carbon core are not good,and are you using plugs for a mag,like d14 or d17
