I've used products from Detwilers, Tired Iron, and Robert LaFever. I don't want to bad mouth any of them as each has their own nieche. But for AR fenders I would highly reccomend Robert LaFever. He is a bit difficult to get ahold of at times..but very friendly, and does superb work. His fenders are almost inpossible to tell from the real thing.
Tired Iron,,,is very up front in that they cannot make the proper fold where the two pieces of metal meet. Thus you can always identify their fenders by the joint which is clearly visable about 3/8 inch out on the fender from where the vertical inside piece.
