A license to drive is just that, nothing more. you have to demonstrate you know and observe the rules of the road. It's not a license to change the oil or change a tire. If they would require all that and take up all that time, the cost of the license would skyrocket. My grandaughter knew all that stuff and she's dead now cause some 80 year old blind woman ran a stop sign directly in front of her. I do think you should have to pass a credable physical exam. rw
