Then Mr. tinkerer realized the tractor was still in gear then placed it in neutral. A hydraulic transmission tractor would have started, and then two seconds later suddenly ran Mr. Tinkerer over without warning. Everything seen had the appearance of not enough time and money to do it right, but enough time and money to do it over again.
