I posted this on the Case board yesterday and got no response, so I thought I'd try it here. If these numbers below don't help, perhaps someone could tell me where to look for identifying information on this tractor. /************************************************/ Just went with a friend to look at a Case tractor on the side of the road near here. Guy selling was clueless, and didn't know anything about it. Stickers on hood are long faded. What we did write down is: # on left side of tranny cast: G1031 # on right side of trannt cast: G1411 # on back above PTO shaft: G10540 Serial # in plate in right side of motor just under and behind the oil filter is: 2002788 It is a 4 cyl. gas engine, 4 speed, had a long shifter on the left side, (high/low?) The lift said "Eagle", and the PTO engagement lever was behind the driver close to the PTO shaft itself. What we would like to know: 1. Model Number and Year Made. 2. HP 3. Live PTO and lift? 4. General comments, good or bad The owner is asking $3300. All help for this Case ignorant Ford person will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tommy D.
