Cull Logs: land owner gets half of wood (cut and split).
Tree Tops: land owner gets 1/3 of wood (cut and split).
This is for White Oak and Red Oak. Anything else is generally free for the taking since it usually isn't sold here.
This does not count delivery or selling. The landowner just gets a pile of wood. Selling and delivering the wood is a whole other beast so your guess probably isn't off the mark.
