Is your memory that good or have entered everything into a database and look things up. I'm still around. I had the the so call "powdered lead" tested. No lead was present. I believe "powdered lead" is an old farmer expression. It turns out that the stuff was stone that was turned to powder finer than sand with some chemical added to prevent water from binding with it. So it would not turn to cement or mud if moister got in the tire. It is strange stuff. A real pain to get out. I tried many things to get it out before I found something that worked.
