Like Allen said change the filter and i will also add if the oil looks milky then change that also . Now just because ya change the filter and the oil NOT ALL THE oil is drained . There an be water mixed with the oil in the lines from the MCV up to the ft. bolster and in cold weather can sorta start to freeze .So ya may want to crack the fittings up on the ft. and sorta FLUSH the lines . Also ya may need to go thru the MCV as the flow control valve may be sticking a bit and the tractor has to warm up before it is working correctly. Could also be that the springs in the MCV are getting weak and you may or may not need a new pump , but the only way to know for sure is to flow rate the pump and check the pressures and this should be done by someone that has a flow rater and the special fittings to hook up to the MCV.
