My Oliver started this am in 28 degrees with no assistance. Kids are happy and healthy. My brother in law is looking for a true "starter" home for his new fiance, not a new one, a fixer upper. Life just isn't so bad if I just do not watch the news. Hate what is happening in all the branches of government, but right here, right now, all is well!
