Ive got the clutch tightened up real tight,. It holds back and snaps open. UNTIL you drive it, than it continually falls forward. It seems to hold till I run it slow, it holds better, actually real good, but when I open it up it continually falls forward. I readjusted the clutch pulley stop pad bracket, and used it tonight on the brush hog, but had to constantly hold the clutch back. Its got great pulling power. It was evening and the grass was damp and rank, and that would pull her down on a 7ft bush hog brand brush hog, but she slogged through it all and we finished fine, so I know the clutch pads arent slipping. I got the I & T repair manual.but it dosent say a thing about what to do if the clutch handle wont hold back in gear.
