I wasn’t sure where Valentine NE was so I looked at Google map, There appears to be a road called the cowboy trail and it runs pretty much parallel to Rt. 20. Is this still used ? or is it some type of historic trail and if still used does it go right through private lands or is right of way or state property?. I was just being curious where I live we have only train tracks and they disappear weekly to become seldom used bike trails.
