We have a place here called "Park Machine and Supply", they carry alot of odd ball stuff like that. Any realy big bolt that a iron dealer wants $10 or more for I can more offten than not get there for less than $2. They have a web site and I am pretty sure they do mail order stuff too. parkmachine.com
From dealings I have had with'm if they ain't got a bolt you will need to get a machine shop to make it.
That is another idea, with the down turn in the economy, around here you can get stuff made pretty cheap by folks that 4 years ago would hang up on you if you called and said you needed a bushing for a hay baler made.
