Thank's for all ideas!! Sorry for the word "CHOKE", I mean the Cold-start plunger(I don't now all mec.words in english).
During this weekend i've done some checking! The traktor is registred 1959.
The pointers on both pump flange & pumpshaft is clearly visible.
I've drained the tank & changed to fresh diesel.
I have the "repair manual" for 4/60 and 3/42.
I've removed the "breast plate"(that covers the camshaft chain) and checked the pointers and they are OK according to the manual.The valves seems to slide good. Brians suggestion about the timing is a good idea, but in my manual they refer to 28BTDC.
I have spoken to an "pump expert", he told me to set the flywheel 28 BTDC,1st cyl in "compression stroke", remove the inspection"hatch,(lid)" on the pump and see that NO 1's injector "piston-arm" is raised about 2mm (beginning to inject?). The check turned out OK!!! BUT! the marks on the pump flange didn't align with the marks on the engines pumpshaft.the mark on the pumpshaft was allmost a "quarter lap" ahead. If i rotate the engine so Cyl NO'2 is in "compression stroke" and the pump beginning to inject, then the marks on pump flange and pumpshaft align!!! Does anyone now what this mean? is the pumpshaft-marks wrong (the "clutch" on both engine-pumpshaft and pump can only fit one way on each, but can be connected to each other in (i think) six differnt ways (in swedish its a' Claw-clutch) Does anyone have any new ideas?
