The lift capacity of your loader is directly related to hydraulic pressure of your system and the lift cylinder size. You need to find out what pressure the system was designed for and then measure the pressure. If you simply increase the pressure in the system without regard for other limiting factors you may damage the system or yourself !! If the design pressure is OK you may have internal leakage in your lift cylinders causing oil to bypass the piston in the cylinder. Some of the older pistons used a directional 'V' packing that may explain the " not lifting the front end off the ground". If the V packing is worn or hardened oil will bypass more in one direction than the other. Check the system to see if it is working as designed before you modify it.
