Just an update: I removed the fuel filter and found junk on the inside of the filter, it must have gotten past the o-ring, drained all the fuel, replaced the o-ring and filter and started it up. It still smokes and knocks. I loosened each of the injector lines. At each loosening, the engine noticeably dropped in rpm and picked back up when tightened. Stuck a board to my ear and each injector, noticeable difference in injector nearest clutch. Will try swapping injectors tomorrow to see if sound follows injector or possibly originates from pump. Anything I need to know about removing injectors?
