Avery, Your cultivator comes off the tractor in pieces. It's not likely it was disassembled any further - but that's a guess. You should have at least: 2-front mounting frames (square stock) each of which will probably still have two sweeps or equivalent width plows attached. 2-rear mounting frames probably with a single sweep attached to each (they run behind the rear wheels). 2-rear spring-loaded shafts. 2-front spring-loaded shafts (heavier construction). If you got planter equipment there will be more stuff, not needed for cultivation.
One IH cultivator for a Super-A is: McCormick A-144 Corn and Cotton Cultivator. You might find a mention somewhere in these archives where a manual can be obtained (it's not just for corn & cotton only).
The cultivator has what IH calls a universal mounting frame for a SA, one for each side in front (they mount in the square holes under the tractor front) and one on each side in the rear where each bolts on the drawbar (it's removed) mounting bolts and has a vertical spring-loaded connector rod hooked into the rear rockshaft holes. The front frames connect to the front rockshafts on each side with spring loaded shafts. With these clues, you can probably 'wing it' after looking the parts over. Hope this helps.
