It sounds like a real fine rig to me. It should handle your needs fine. I don't know what your situation is regarding hills or mountains but out here in Washington state we would probably re-power with a DT466 when the time came to do that. That would only be because of our passes. I'm sure the other guys have lots of good ideas to set up for hauling two tractors, but with the long wheelbase I would think a tractor on the bed and one on a bumper pull trailer of adequate capacity and brakes would work. There should be information either on the truck name plate or from the factory / dealer that would give your gross combination vehicle weight (truck and trailer) rating. It would be important not to exceed this.
