Hello there:
I am the research assistant for Lee Klancher, a writer/photographer from MN who is currently working on the 2010 Vintage American Farm Tractors and Farmall Tractors calendars. The calendars are the best-selling farm tractor calendars in circulation.

Lee photographed the 2005, 2008, and 2009 editions of the Farmall calendar, and has published a number of Farmall books. They are 11x17-inch calendars, and you can see examples on Amazon.com.

I came across your Web site and believe your organization would be a good resource for my research assignment.

I am looking for some deserving collections and tractors to feature, and am hoping that you can help me locate collectors of beautifully restored John Deeres, Allis-Chalmers, Fords, Olivers and Massey-Harris' from the 1930s to 1970s with interesting features or accessories that have not been featured in other books or calendars.

Could you help me locate collectors within a six-hour radius of Austin, Texas that would have interest in showcasing their prized possessions? Lee is now in Texas, and will be shooting up until the end of the month (April 30th).

Thank you for your time. I look forward to your response.

Regards,

Kathy Pilney, Research Assistant

Today's Featured Article - History of the Nuffield Tractor - by Anthony West. The Nuffield tractor story started in early 1945.
