I've done some hauling for some guys on this site. There are no doubt some risks on your end. The hauler could be someone inexperienced, have no insurance or any other credentials for hauling. When setting up a haul for someone I've never met and they show any signs of concern, I offer to send them my insurance, USDOT# and tell them to call the seller and ask the seller not to release the tractor to me if anything about me looks shady to them. Hauling tends to be a leap of faith from both sides. You should be able to get a pretty good feel by exchanging a few E-mails and phone conversations with the hauler. If you dont feel right about it, find someone else. As my late Dad always said "When in doubt, dont". Hope this helps.
