I have heard the rumor that Kruse bought the estate. However, I have also heard that Dennis Polk of Indiana bought it, and also that the estate is still in the hands of Mrs. Phillips. I guess until we find out some more information or get our hands on some solid facts, we can't really be sure of who is currently in possession.
I was planning on driving 1200+ miles to attend this auction when Aumanns had it. But after the switch to Kruse I decided not too, partly because of their unfavorable reputation, and partly because of all the fees and restrictions. I know a lot of other people on this site feel the same way I do, and are not attending as a result. I am rooting for Aumanns when it comes to their breach of contract suit, I hope they get everything they deserve.
