Should I be able to stop the pto when it is turned off by wedging a 2x4 against it. Even if it turn all the time I would think in the off position it would stop it. How hard was it to replace the clutch. From what I have heard it all comes out the back but you have to pull the charge pump and cover to remove a snap ring and pull the actual cluth pack out there. How do you release the stuck spool valve?
