I have a New Holland/Ford 1630; which has about 24 PTO HP, 3 cyl diesel, 4WD, front bucket loader. I have a Bush Hog Model 762 3-point backhoe. I got the 762 model equiped with its own hydrolic pump which is PTO driven. There is a Model 662, 762 and 862. Have dug my own pits for a 750 gal and 500 gal septic tanks. Dug 220 feet of 3 foot wide, 3 foot deep lateral lines. Dug about 200 feet of ditch between lateral field and the tanks. Also dug 300 feet of water pipe line from well to house. It has really done a good for me. Has a 13 inch wide bucket. Will dig about 7 feet deep. No problems so far.
