Power window switch on a 95 Lumina went bad. While working on it, I heard the doors lock, but it did not register in my head to unlock them.
Son did not go to school today. I had a replacement switch and went to open the door and I discovered why Michael stayed home.
The drivers window was open about a 1/4". I tried two different types of wire, but it wasn't looking good. I took the vertical throttle rod for my 400 and gave it a custom bend, and it worked perfectly.
At single digit temperatures, I was more than ready to go back in the house. God need to look after some of us more than others.
