If you did get air into the system you can try loosening the nuts that hold the fuel lines to the injectors. Just break them loose. Get your battery charged and crang the engine. A small amount of fuel should drip out with each pulse. If there is air in these lines then the injectors will not open. Once they all drip fuel tighten them up and try to start it.
