I saw the post below about Harbor Freight 6.5 engine and thought I'd ask this.
I just bought a 5700 watt generator (7100 surge) to replace the 4000 watt one I sold my brother. The new one is a Powermate that has a 10hp Yamaha engine. I didn't know Yamaha made small engines for this application - anyone have experiance with them?
I figured they saw how much money Honda makes with them and figured they'd jump in too. We've had decent experiances with the Subaru powered generators at work.
