Twice a day may not be best for the calf but it sure makes life better for me that way. I just wish I had time to feed a calf day and night like the mother cow does. As Big um said........ The bag should have a cup in it. One cup per bottle of water (2 qts) fed at 8 to 10% of body weight split into 2 feedings. A 90lb holstine would get 2 full bottles (8 lbs) per day. A 60 lb Jersey only needs 2 bottles 2/3 full per day.
