Wow, not only are you going to avoid ebay, but you're going to refuse to do business with anyone who ever buys or sells something on e-bay. You've moved into a very small world. Since you say you were lead bidder on 4 of the things you bid on, sounds like you were counting your chicks before they hatched. Most of the bidding takes place in the last few minutes of the auction anyhow.
