Which one is it? I have an LT16002 and LT1250 which I have had to combine to make one decent one. If it's in the LT range I would keep it and re-build it. It's a good little workhorse and they don't make them like that anymore. I know I also bought a 2007 Craftsman GT6500 and spent close to $4k on added implements and such. Whole thing was a complete P.O.S. all plastic and no "oomph" to get anything done other than cut grass on a flat surface golf course style. Took it all back (after a month) and am making the Snapper work now. Just my two cent's worth....
