I went to Williamsfield,Ohio Rt 322 in Trumbull county show today..What a nice turnout of tractors and trucks.A buddy of mine had the prides of his fleet there..2 Worthingtons [ 1-8N style and 1 NAA style] A 741 tricycle and a 641 with Elanko[?? spelling] 4 wheel drive..with his '41 Ford slant bed hauler with BB Chevy power , auto , air , cruise , tilt, air suspension..He left his gold Golden Jubilee home this year..Saw 1 poor cuss getting into the parade procession with a John Deere tractor that sounded like he was on the brakes and engaging the clutch at the same time..engine pulled down real bad then quit..I saw him go around the front to turn the crank....It wouldn't budge.....Not a good year for him..Talked to many older farmers there , many still farming into their 80's..One gentleman still at it milking 80 plus every day[200 total] and still on the tractor farming 600 acres with the help of his son..He wants to downsize and his boy wants to get bigger...I had to kid him about a man never wants to go without a warm teet in his hands..He laughed and turned ,shaking his head..Twas a good day
